Returns & Exchange

Our Guarantee:

To ensure you have the best online shopping experience possible we have a flexible return policy to give you peace of mind. It is your responsibility to pay for posting the item back to us, and we shall not charge a fee for posting your replacement item.

Please note that our exchange policy does not apply to sale items. Refunds not permitted on sale items - we do not refund or exchange on sale items.

Miss Nicola online guarantees that if you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase of any full price item you can exchange it or receive a full refund less shipping, provided goods are returned to us in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all labels attached and intact. Any garment that smells of perfume or deodorant cannot be accepted so please take care when trying on your order. This does not mean that you cannot try on your new purchase, just that we cannot accept any item that shows signs of wear or use.

We advise checking all purchases thoroughly on delivery before removing any attached tags and disposing of any original packaging.

Intention to exchange or return a garment for any reason must be made via email within 48 hrs of receiving your order. Please include your name, address, order number and the reason for return to ensure your return is processed as swiftly as possible. In case of an exchange, please provide details of the garment for which you would like to receive as a replacement. All exchanges and returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your Return Authorisation. Any return received without Return Authorisation having been given cannot be accepted.

International customers may send returns at their own cost via registered mail, after a Return Authorisation has been obtained.

Please use appropriate packaging to ensure no damage occurs in return transit.

We strongly advise you to keep a record of your mailing receipt as we would hate for your package to be lost in transit.

We will let you know as soon as we receive the returned goods and will endeavour to process your exchange or refund as swiftly as possible.

All refunds will be credited via the same method of payment as the original purchase.

Faulty Items

We will happily exchange or refund faulty items within a reasonable time. (In line with the terms set out by Office of Consumer and Business Affairs.) Please email us with your name, address, order number and the fault description to receive reply paid details to return your purchase free of charge.
